Vegan Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS

1 can chickpeas
40 g oat flour
60 g nut butter (any works)
Pinch of vanilla, grounded
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
50 g chocolate chips

Method:

Drain the chickpeas and rinse with water. Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a food processor and mix until you have a doughy consistency. fold in the chocolate chips and serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
