Green Juice, Yay or Nay?

There is a huge hype around green juices lately! Are green juices healthy? There a lot of studies that have proven that green juices are healthy but are they also tasty? Of course every person has individual taste and I also must admit, that I wasn’t a huge fan at the beginning butttt I have changed my mind for a few reasons. First of all, they really can taste super delicious and refreshing when done right. That’s why I wanted to share with you my green morning juice recipe which I think tastes really great! Also, I do feel super energised after drinking a green juice in the morning which is always good;),

My tip, if you are having a green juice, do so on an empty stomach in the morning in order to absorb all the nutrients properly.

If you have a histamine intolerance, you might not digest lemon well. In that case, not to worry but add some apple which makes it tastes super yum and you won’t have any problems digesting it.

Cooks in 5 Minutes
Difficulty Easy


2 small cucumbers
3 celery sticks
600 ml water/coconut water
1 lemon, juiced
1-2 tbsp honey/other natural sweetener (optional)


Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Strain the liquid through a sieve into a carafe.
