Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate) into a bowl and mix well. Form about 20 cookies and place them on the lined baking tray. Use a tbsp to help form the cookies. Bake for about 8 minutes and cool off completely. In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a water bath and 1 tsp coconut oil. Dip the biscuits into the chocolate and let them dry off.
