Warming Turmeric Milk

200 ml lactosefree milk/skimmed coconut milk from the carton
90 ml creamed coconut milk (from the can without additives)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp maple syrup


Place all the ingredients into a mixer and blend until well combined. Pour the turmeric milk into a small pot and heat it up on the stove. Serve hot in a cup.



The magical drink

When it’s cold outside, there is nothing better for me than curling up on the sofa with a hot beverage. This beverage doesn’t only taste like heaven but is so healthy it’s basically a magical drink. Turmeric has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. This yellow powder has strong anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. I only started including it into my daily life recently and I have no idea what took me so long?! you have to try this amazing combination of coconut, turmeric and cinnamon. This warming turmeric milk is honestly one of the best beverages I’ve ever had!
