Is there anything better than a yummy cake with vanilla sauce? Not for me! The taste is so good with such simple ingredients with no need to add any fat cream. It tastes delicious cold and warm and you can keep it in the fridge over night and still enjoy it the next day. It’s a great alternative to the classical sauces and creams for dessert, especially over Christmas when there is already so much food!

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

250 ml coconut milk/lactose free milk
40 gr pumpkin cut into small pieces
1 tbsp rice flour
vanille
1 tbsp honey

Method:

Cook the pumpkin in the coconut milk/lactose free milk until soft and thicken slightly the sauce with rice flour. Let it sit for 10 min and add vanille to taste and honey. At the end, purée everything!
