But first…green goodness!

For those who follow me on Instagram know, that instead of starting my day with coffee, I start almost every day with a green juice or a smoothie. This combination is hands down one of my favourites because its packed with veggies but also with fruits and seeds to really kick start the day full of energy. Even for those who might be a bit reluctant towards green smoothies are surely going to love this one!

Especially in the summer I love to start the day fresh to wake me up and get me going. Also, for those who never have time for breakfast this is a great way to fill you up for the morning and it only take three minutes to prepare.

Serves 2
Cooks in 5 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

2 handful green veggies (cucumber, celery, lettuce, kale)
1 Mango
2 tbsp hemp seeds, shelled/ 1 tbsp flaxseeds
100 g blueberries, frozen or fresh
250 ml coconut milk (not creamy but fluid)/almond milk unsweetened
2-3 dates, pitted

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust to your desire. Pour the green smoothie into two glasses.
