This fruit cream is a delicious alternative to any sugary or dairy cream. It’s based only on fruits and the most fun about it is that you can combine any kind of fruit juice and dried fruit. A great combination is like I made here, dried mango with apple juice but you can also try other combinations such as peach juice and dried apricots or apple juice and dried dates. This cream tastes great as a spread for breads, pastries or pancakes. So happy I made this recipe it just adds so much creaminess to any breakfast or dessert!
Boil the dried fruit with the juice. Let it cool off and mix in a personal blender with the tigernut cream. Pour the cream into a airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
