Party Food!

You are having some friends or family over or you are throwing a party? Then this is the perfect dessert for you to serve! These cake pops are super easy to make and they taste absolutely divine!

The coating is not low histamine but for those who still want to make them can use a white vegan chocolate coating that I use for my donuts and it will also be super delicious.

You can vary the toppings to your taste! These cake pops are a real eye catcher at any get together. They look so pretty and taste just amazing. Nobody will notice that they are made with only healthy ingredients. Trust me, everybody is going to love them! These cake pops cannot miss on any party!

Happy New Year lovelies!

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

150 g almonds
150 g macadamia nuts/cashews
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamom
Pinch of salt
220 g Medjool dates, pitted
For the chocolate glaze:
60 g cocoa powder, sugar free
40 g maple syrup
100 g coconut oil, melted
Toppings: coconut (shredded), crushed pistachios, chocolate chips, hemp seeds (shelled)

Method:

Place the nuts into a food processor and mix until you have small pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients for the dough (vanilla, cinnamon, salt and dates) and blend again until you have a dough. Roll into 12 balls and place into the freezer.

Make the chocolate glaze by placing all the needed ingredients (maple syrup, coconut oil and cocoa powder) into a bowl. Whisk well until you have a smooth sauce.

Take the dough balls out of the freezer, insert a cake pop stick and dip the balls into the chocolate and then sprinkle your desired topping on it. Repeat with all the cake pops and place them into the fridge until the chocolate has set and you want to serve them. Store in the fridge!
