Blueberry Oatmeal Cookiesback to main
This is my absolute favorite recipe. These cookies turn out so delicious that I bake a batch every couple of days so I always have something to snack on or for desert. You can also substitute the dried blueberries with cranberries, raisins or dates cut into small pieces. All the versions taste a little different but are equally amazing. I keep them in a box in the fridge but you can also leave them out of the fridge. I usually eat the whole batch within 2 days so I don’t get the chance to have leftovers for a long time but you can keep them 3-4 days for them to still taste yummy. I always bring a batch of these cookies when I am invited somewhere of have some friends over for tea. They are also a great office treat I am sure your co-workers will love.
Preheat the oven 180° Celsius
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Form the mixture into 20 cookies on a baking sheet and place them into the oven for 13-15 min until golden brown
