Everything is cool;)

What’s your favourite season? I’m all about the SUMMER! Yes, it’s hot and yes, I sweat but I’m a person who is always cold. That means I really suffer in the winter months and the heat doesn’t bother me as much. Quite the opposite actually! I love the beach, spending time outside and most importantly I love all the summer fruits!

I had to take some of my favourites and make 3 super refreshing summer popsicles! They are all so delicious in their own way. Each flavour tastes really different, that way it never gets boring.

Making your own summer popsicles is the easiest way to stay cool, hydrate and treat yourself all at the same time!

INGREDIENTS

Berry Popsicle:
100 g blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter
100 ml coconut drink
Apple Cucumber Popsicle:
100 g cucumber
100 g apple
few leafs fresh mint
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
100 ml water
Mango Popsicle
130 g Mango
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey/agave
100 ml water
1 tbsp shredded coconut

Method:

Place all the ingredients for each popsicle recipe individually into a mixer and blend. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
