Tip: If you have a histamine intolerance, you can make the recipe just by leaving out the cocoa powder and using white vegan chocolate for a topping or no chocolate at all:)
Place all the ingredients for the bars (except the chocolate and the coconut oil for the topping) into a food processor until you have a sticky consistency. Line a casserole dish with baking paper and place the dough into in. Distribute equally by pressing it into the dish. Place in the freezer. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath. Use a tablespoon to distribute the chocolate on to the bars. Keep the bars in the freezer or in the fridge.
