Summer Lovin

As soon as summer comes around, I start everyday with a smoothie. In the winter I would say, I make a lot of breakfasts with oats and enjoy a warm and nourishing meal. In the summer however, I prefer a fresh smoothie with fruits and veggies to kick start the day. So many of you have been asking me for more smoothie recipes. Luckily, the options are endless and I tried lots of different combinations. I share with you my summer smoothie favourites.

Clean and Green Smoothie

This super fresh and summery smoothie combination is absolutely fantastic! It’s the perfect mix of fresh, fruity, sweet and green. The mint adds extra freshness to it and the melon and cucumber makes this summertime smoothie super hydrating.

Green Goddess Smoothie

I love to add salad and cucumber to my smoothies because it adds freshness and sneaks in some extra veggies. The coconut milk makes this summertime smoothie super creamy and the peach is one of my favourite summer fruits!

Sunshine Smoothie

This smoothie gets me into a good mood, just by looking at it. I think Mango is one of the most amazing fruits and makes every summertime smoothie sweet and creamy. Since the Mango is already creamy, I used coconut water for hydration instead of coconut milk. This smoothie is pure summer feelings.

Super Berry Smoothie

This summertime smoothie is probably the one I make most of the time, because I’m super obsessed with berries. You can always find frozen berries in my freezer, which is why I can always make this smoothie without needing to buy anything. It’s super fresh, sweet and sour and fills you up for a couple of hours.
