INGREDIENTS

40g oats
100ml plant drink
1 tbsp chia seeds/grounded flax seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 apple, shredded
Toppings: seasonal fruit, nut butter, coconut yogurt

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon. Cover it up and place into the fridge for at least an hour or overnight to soak.

Serve with coconut yogurt, nut butter and seasonal fruit
