Tip: If you have a histamineintolerance you can still enjoy the Nachos with some minor adjustments. You can just leave out the guacamole and black beans and you have an amazing histamine free party snack!

INGREDIENTS

1 package corn Nachos
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp corn
2 tbsp black beans (optional)
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of chili (optional)
Pinch of salt

Method:

Place the Nachos into a large bowl. Add the onion, pepper, corn and black beans on top. Add the dollop of coconut yogurt. Mash the avocado and add salt, chili and lemon juice. Add the guacamole on top of the Nachos and sprinkle some fresh chopped coriander on top.
