Multigrain Brad

Serves 1 loaf of bread

INGREDIENTS

150g oats
2 tbsp psyllium husk
40g hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp salt
70g flaxseeds, grounded
130g sunflower seeds
100g pumpkin seeds
50g almonds
30g walnuts (or any other nut)
400ml water

Method:

Place all the ingredients, except the water and mix through with a spoon. Add the water and mix well with a spoon. Line a cake/bread tin with baking paper and pour the mass inside. Distribute evenly and set aside to soak for 30-40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the bread for 60 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool off completely.

My tip: Cut the bread in slices and freeze in portions in case you won't be able to finish it within 2 days.
