Tip: If you have a histamine intolerance you can use water instead of lemon juice. In my experience, pine nuts are totally fine to eat but there is some conflicting information about it. You can therefore try it in small amounts at first and see if you can digest it.

INGREDIENTS

200g glutenfree Pasta
Sauce:
200g Peas, canned
30g olive oil
1 lemon, juiced/3tbsp water
2 handful fresh basil
60 g pine nuts
to taste salt & pepper

Method:

Cook the pasta as described on the package. For the sauce, place all the needed ingredients into a mixer or food processor and pulse until smooth. Add the sauce to the pasta and mix. I love to serve the pasta with a few roasted pine nuts and fresh basil.
