Fudgy Banana Brownies

Attention: This recipe is not suitable for people with histamine intolerance. Instead, you can try one of my other super delicious low histamine creations such as my marzipan cake, cookies and donuts🙂

INGREDIENTS

120 g Oat Flour
100 g almond flour
2 bananas, mashed
2 tsp baking powder
70 g cacao powder
40 g maple syrup
40 g oat milk
35 g coconut oil
Topping:
100 g chocolate (min. 70% cacao)
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut, shredded
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with baking paper. Place all the ingredients, except the toppings, into a bowl and mix well. Pour the batter into the lined baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Cool off completely

In the meantime, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a water bath and pour in the brownies when cooled. Sprinkle the chopped walnut and coconut on top. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days
