Chocolate Granola Bars

Tip: If you have a histamineintolerance you can use more almonds or brazil nuts instead of the cashews and chop white vegan chocolate instead of the dark chocolate chips

Serves 8-10 bars

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

170g medjool dates, pitted
140g almonds
65g cashews
70g chocolate chips
Pinch of cinnamon
70g raisins/dried cranberries

Method:

Place all the ingredients, excepts the chocolate chips into a food processor and mix until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips with a spoon. Line a small casserole dish with baking paper and press the dough inside. Store in the freezer!

Tip: If you don't have a powerful food processor, you can mix up each ingredient into small pieces and knead everything together with your hands.
