Chia Pudding

Method:
Place the Chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut and plant drink into a small bowl and stir well. Place it into the fridge and let it soak for at least 2 hours or overnight.
For the topping, place the frozen blueberries and vanilla into a small pan and cook until warm. Pour on top of the chia pudding right before serving. Add some peanut butter and coconut yogurt and enjoy!
